Furious at EE

I have been with EE for over a year now and my bill was suddenly increased by £4 for no reason. I called up and after being put through to lots of different advisors from different depts I was eventually was given the money back once someone seen what had happened. This has now happened for a second time and I called up again but this time got straight through to someone who understood straight away and was told it would be sorted. Still never been sorted haven’t got any of my money back and had the biggest waste of time.

@Bobbi3 , have you checked your bills to see what the extra £4 is you are paying? Also when did this start happening, as every year there is an increase with RPI CPI, which everyone gets, it is written in the terms and conditions when you signed the either online or via other means.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Yes I have checked I have not been charged for any add ons it’s just calculated wrong I get 30% family discount and my plan is £56 I should pay 39 and it calculates 56 - 30% on the breakdown of payments but the maths is just wrong. I am sick of calling up to sort this out as it never gets resolved
