i ordered iphone 17 pro max 256gb silver 2 weeks ago now. on 4/1/26. are these phones being sent out? i was told dispatch would be 2 weeks and its not been dispatched yet! i am furious!

Have you checked EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

If this does not work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well.
