Just last month I changed my plan from the Essentials to the All Rounder, which has now taken effect. I've since discovered that the Full Works plan includes global roaming and as I have a few holidays next year it might have actually been more economical to have picked that one, instead of buying the 7 day roaming add ons ad hoc. Serves me right for not looking into it fully.
Would it be possible for me to change again to Full Works? Every time I go on the app or website to look at my upgrade options it only gives me options with a new device, which I don't need. Is this because I only changed the plan itself just a month ago?
If it's only a few quid a month more I'd be willing, if doable.

@mab7689 Call customer support and ask if you can change it to the plan you do want. You should be able to as it’s more costly just don’t say you want to upgrade.
You can’t change the airtime tariff yourself online.

I called to query this and was told they can't do it as I still have over a year left on my contract. Thanks for the help though. I will have to consider my options

Thanks for the update here, @mab7689.
If you're in the first half of your contract, it's not possible to revert to a cheaper plan if you've previously changed.
You can still move to a higher price point though, but it would be subject to the options available.
I'd definitely recommend getting back in touch to see if we can amend this, or alternatively the option may present itself once you're in the second half of your contract.
