Friends & Family lifetime discount

Hi,

I'm just checking the the Friends & Family lifetime discount still applies when upgrading. I worked for T-Mobile for many years and was given the discount which has carried across to the move to T-Mobile and reduced to 30% and is still on my account now.

If I upgrade now, does it carry over? The reason I ask is that my Wife also has the discount and they removed it during her upgrade saying something like it needs a code to be entered online - which she wouldn't have.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
