I’m already a customer, but my main contract is with another provider which expires next March. Will I have to pay an upfront deposit and what is your cheapest deal please

Hello @Smiggers01 ,

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service. I would suggest taking a look and clicking on shop and having a look at the deals and also speaking to customer service.

The upfront cost is for when wanting a new device, there is an upfront cost, but if it is a sim only deal, then there is no upfront cost, just bear in mind, that EE do a credit check.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
