I just received a text message about an offer where I can upgrade to a new contract for free as long as its the same price or higher. Whenever I try to go on the link and log in it says I was unable to log in. When I log in normally to my ee I can upgrade but I can only do it for around £85 plus any upfront cost. What happened to my free upgrade offer? I can still view it but im unable to use it. How do I use that offer?
