When I upgraded my phone in may 2022 I was offered a free tablet I didn't want or need it myself but I took it it and gave it to my church as a raffle prize . Just started thinking about new phone and I realise I have been paying £11+ for this " free" tablet. Spoken to manager of Tamworth branch who flatly denies I would not have been told correct terms. The lady who served me no longer works there so I have no proof
What do I do now?

@Gr40 A free tablet means you didn’t pay anything for it the tariff that came with this free tablet on the other hand is a pay monthly contract. As per the contract you agreed too and accepted for it.

I understand what you say but that was not my understanding.
I realise I don't have any chance of getting my money back but might give others the heads up
