@Colinwheeler22 , we would have no idea, we do not know who you are, you can check yourself by logging into your account via the website or via the EE App, or ringing customer service, they would also be able to take a look for you.

@Colinwheeler22  Until that bill has been raised it should be the same amount as your last bill provided you have no out of allowance charges.
