My namme is xxx xxxxxxxxx. I was shocked when i decided to upgrade my phone its saying i am suspended my bill account closed but i have no idea what your system says. Please check everything and make it right for me. I called you and stayed on the line nobody could help me. They suggest me to go to any branch. Yes i went to wood green branch .They couldnt help me as well. That fraud still under of my name effecting my credit score and now i cant upgrade as being real xxx xxxxxxxxx my phone number xxxxxxxxxxx. Please help me ASAP. ITS AN EMERGENCY REQUEST..

Thank you Chris . I tried all way to sort it out but couldnt. Hopefully any member of EE can read and help on my issue thats my hope of writing here
