So I was paying 88 a month for the device AND the plan. I took a free upgrade in the last 30 days of the contract due to end. The new plan i am playing less per month for the device, plan AND galaxy watch 8. All comes in at less than the 88. The device was out of stock and collected today. The whole upgrade was done in store and was very clear the total price included ALL 3 mini plans. (As in device, plan and watch) an EE broadband was taken out reducing my bill on an offer for £20 reduction. The watch also on offer too. Anyway. Today the bill shows 88 paid today for the original contracts but also £44 flexi plan. But this makes no sense. Why would I pay 88 AND 44. And 44 doesn't equate to any of the plans I pay per month. In total it should be 70 something. And why do I pay 2 lots of bills for old plan AND new plan. We was assured 1 would take over from the other and the amount doesn't correspond to any of my current amounts. From my understanding the flex plan is the air time plan... but it doesn't all add up correctly. I still don't see how or why I've paid the original 88

If you can take a screenshot of the bill and charges we'll be able to have a look for you. Please make sure you hide any personal details from the bill before uploading.
Alternatively you can give Customer Service a call on 150 where a guide will be able to check the billing and plan charges for you.
