Flex pay

Hello!

I recently upgraded in store and was told by the guy in store that at any point in time, I can log onto my app and choose an amount of pay off my device.

How do I do this? The only option I'm seeing was that I can either pay off the entire device in one hit or call EE customer services.

Do I really have to call EE customer services just to add on an extra £10-20, and did the guy lie to me in store? Or am I missing something in the app?

Thanks all

@Andy10132  At present its call customer support to pay a bit off.   ( this should change though)
Just to point out this just brings down the monthly payment cost it doesn’t reduce the payment length.   So if your paying over 24 months it’s still paying over 24 month it’s just the figure your paying is reduced over that 24 months.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
