Hi I have just recently upgraded & decided to go down the road of Flex pay,can anybody please tell me if I can put more money towards paying the phone up rather than the monthly way?
I also have a Blue Light Card with a 20% discount where can I apply the code please?

It's fab to hear you've just received a new phone from us, and I hope you're enjoying it so far!
Just on the back of @Chris_B's advice, Blue Light discounts can only be used online within the checkout section when taking out a new contract. You may be able to register for our Perk Discount Scheme though, and these discount codes can be applied within the first 30 days on an eligible contract.

@hmcwl to pay more towards the phone contract you will need to call customer services each month you want to pay a bit more towards it. This will be a separate transaction to the phone contract payment.
To have your 20% discount applied now that you’ve got the contract/device you will need to call customer support. The discount is only applied to the airtime contract not the device contract.
