Hi
I am trying to change the bank account for my Flex Pay direct debit. I can't seem to be able to do this online, or in the app - just the monthly airtime / subscription. Can anyone help?

If you give our billing guides a call, they'll be able to bring up your account and help to get the details for the Flex Pay direct debit updated for you.
