Hello, on September 9th my contract ended and I moved to a new provider. I am billed on the 18h each month. I would like to know if owe EE anything for the period August 19th to September 9th when my contract ended as I would like to cancel my direct debit. I have tried the app but my account has been disconnected. Thank you.

I didn't cancelled my DD, no. What's their number? Thing is I read somewhere you got to pay to call if not from a EE number, don't want to end up spending more than they owe me 😀. Thanks
