Final bill

Hello, on September 9th my contract ended and I moved to a new provider. I am billed on the 18h each month. I would like to know if owe EE anything for the period August 19th to September 9th when my contract ended as I would like to cancel my direct debit. I have tried the app but my account has been disconnected. Thank you.

Did you move to new provider using a PAC. If so, that should auto cancel your contract.

You should get a final bill by post in which you should get a refund, paid to your DD, for the period September 9th to September 17th for which you paid in advance in your bill of Aug. 18th. You won't get a rebate for the period August 18th to September 8th as you were still in contract & using it then.

Yes, I used a PAC. Bottom line I shouldn't delete my DD yet as I still might owe EE money? Thanks

Yes but more likely EE owe you money as you've been paying in advance.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & hope it soon gets sorted.
