My contract was recently cancelled because I moved out of the UK and I received my final bill today of -£10.53. I believe this is a credit and will be refunded to me however I never had a direct debit set up, so how will I get it?

Welcome to the community.
I believe it would be sent as a cheque to the account holder, at the account holder's address. It may be worth having a chat with our Mobile Care team to see if they can send it to you another way.
