I have a sim only unlimited data with EE.

I have paid three bills with EE but despite this when I try another purchase I get I cannot purchase at this time.

my wife’s phone with three is up for upgrade so we are tempted to stay with them if EE don’t want my business.

@JeffHem   Just give customer services a call on 150 and ask why. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have only been with EE for three months and apart from not being able to order another sim I have been overcharged £10:28 on my second bill I had to contact EE customer care and as they could not explain the overcharge I was refunded.

so far not a good start I never had this with three mobile!
