Hi I have just changed on line my wife’s phone to sim only … the order form said £15 - 30% FF = £10.50 .
I have an email saying plan cost £15 .. no mention of FF Discount ., when I look at plan details on the app it’s says plan cost £12.50 .. and now wife has a txt saying FF removed … appalling I don’t know what we are being charged ?

Hi @Mo2957,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Did the message mention why the discount has been removed?

I have been on the phone for quite a while ..,no real solution and no answer as to why I was offered a price with FF discount and then after accepting and ordering it was removed … but I have been advised it may take up to 4 weeks to get a resolution ..

They like to show prices before VAT so that's where the £12.50 is coming from. £12.50 +VAT = £15

- Online upgrade fails due to trade-in and EE One discount in Orders
- trade in in Contracts & Billing
