Hi I have a extra charge that keeps coming out my account but it doesn't say what the name of the charge is?

@Natalie147  How you looked at the bill breakdown? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you say it is coming out of your account, is it showing on your bill or is it coming out of the bank account?

If it is on your bill, have you downloaded the full bill in the EE app or EE website to have a look at the breakdown as @Chris_B suggested?
