Extra charges

Extra charges on my account but they don’t state what for. When I click them is says ‘use this code in the extra charge finder’ but there’s no codes. Anyone know how I can get the codes?

I know it can be a shock when you see unexpected charges.

Were you looking at the downloaded PDF version of the bill or was it just a breakdown of the charges?

The bill would usually give more information.

If it was on the bill, and you still aren't able to see what it was, I'd recommend speaking to our billing guides so they can look at what it is on your account.
