Extra charges

Hello

i have been charged a extra charge of £120 it only tells me that is is for (main) I have no idea what this is for ,I have waited for 3 days to get a call back ,I’m still waiting,please help

There is no account access on this forum, if you've called CS for an explanation I'd recommend calling back.

Does your bill breakdown not show what the charge is for? Feel free to post an anonymised copy of your bill on here as a screenshot, for a second opinion.
