Hello

 

theres an extra charge of £3 on my account but it doesn’t show what it is. Please can you tell me

@Katiewards  For that information you’ll have to call customer services as this is a public forum that has no access to anyone’s EE billing account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
