Can no longer view bills

i can no longer view my bills on EE, i go into the bills and payments section and it just brings me back tot he dashboard with my notifications.

Billing

I have paid £25 of my bill which is £59 and the full £59 is pending to go out my bank tomorrow which I can’t afford I can pay the rest in the 3rd what shall I do?

When I upgrade my phone using standard upgrade will it start a new plan or can I keep the new phone for free as long as I pay the old one off?
