Greetings!
I have ordered an apple watch ultra yesterday over the phone. The person who sold me said it will be with me probably by Friday. However, even before getting the device, I can see an additional line added to the account. My query is when the actual billing starts. Also from what point does my cooling-off period starts? Is it the day that I received the product or the day I placed the order?
Finally, is it good to get an apple watch from EE in the contract or get the watch from apple and get a plan from EE?
Thank you for your help.

@drzia If you get the watch from apple the tariff for the watch is a 30 day rolling contract and you get 10Gb of data. You can start/stop this contract every 30 days and it costs £7. If you get the watch from EE it’s a contract for 24 months but it’s cheaper on the wallet as you don’t have to purchase the watch outright straight the way. It’s also a bit cheaper to purchase through EE if you compare it to having the rolling contract for the next 24 months without stopping it. £990 as opposed to £1017
( this comparison is based on you having the £40 tariff with an upfront cost of £30)
you get more data with the rolling contract and only 4Gb with the tariff a mentioned but you’ll not need 4Gb of data on the watch each month.

@drzia I hope you enjoy the the watch. For the last 2 days I’ve been trying to find the reason to purchase it myself. Haha. I’ve looked in to every way to purchase this. I think I’m getting it outright from Currys as I can do a trade in with them for my series 7 and they are offer the most on a trade in. I’m not fussed about using cellular on it though so this is the cheapest option for me.
