Hi EE,
My account was completely up to date when I ended my contract...but I have recieved advanced notice of a missed payment even though my account balance is zero...please amend this ASAP.

@Joespurway1970 As this community forum has not access to any EE billing accounts let along know who you are you’ll have to call EE customer services about this.
