U charge me extra this month,
still unable to gifting any data to my other number.
I will cut my direct debit.

Have you checked your bill to see what the extra charge was for?
What happens when you try to gift data? Are you doing it through the My EE desktop site?
I would advise against cancelling the Direct Debit and suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team if you would like to discuss your account.
