I have six extra charges of 20p for emailing mail2@virginmediao2.co.uk??

the charges give me no other information other than this.
I rang EE and they said they were 3rd party charges?? How am I getting charged for emails?

They could be texts that were sent to a contact's email addy rather than his mobile no.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

It’s VERY odd.
on the day in question I did call Virgin and, at the end of the call, I was asked to answer some surgery questions. I thought the charges might have been related to those but there were just five of these.
EE don’t seem to know what they are and have suggested I call Virgin. Virgin have no idea either. It’s only £1.20 but it’s annoying that nobody knows what they are.

Survey not surgery?

How many survey Qs were there? How was it conducted?

They may have been sending you texts with the reply set to an email addy.

Yes sorry, SURVEY….texting in the sun!

there were five messages and six charges. That’s the first thing I thought but I’m pretty sure all those survey messages are always free.

Well it about tallies allow for the initial "Would you like to take part in a survey?". I should take it up with VM as they have no control over EE charging.
