My ee mobile just ended on 9 Aug 2024.

Today, I want to download the bill from ee website. However, I cannot find my bill.

How can I get back my past bill as my record, please?

Hey @JoTT

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can check your bills in the Billing & Payments section of your EE Online account

If you're unable to view this online, please contact us and the team will be happy to help.

Debbie 🙂

Hi Debbie,

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked the online section, and there is only my closed EE broadband bill record. There is no my EE mobile record.

And the "Contact Us" page only has the call option or SMS with very limited options. Can I email to request the bill copy? Many thanks.

Hi @JoTT

Sorry we have no email address to contact us, please give us a call when you get the chance and the team will be happy to help you with the bill.

Leanne 🙂

To EE,

I want to know if is it EE common practice for closing an account? All bills cannot be downloaded immediately after the end of the contract?

Hi @JoTT

The account should stay active for you view the final bill details can be found in our Thinking of Leaving EE Help page.

If this is not showing we would need to get this looked into for you, if you can please give us a call, the team will help you with the bills and check why this is not showing your details in the EE account.

Leanne.

Hi,

Then, my situation is not expected as I cannot find my account already. My account closing just few days.

Hi @JoTT I'd recommend giving our customer services team a call on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone, then our service team can get a bill sent out to you.  Chris S

EE is totally unacceptable! The customer wanted to get back her bill record only but couldn't.

The point is that the customer was removed within just 2-3 days of the end of the contract.

You suggested calling, but the result was that it was only available for viewing online and could not be downloaded. Is this reasonable?

It is totally incomprehensible. It not only caused trouble to ex-customers but also increased the workload of employees. The point is that people don't like this company any more.
