Notified EE about ending my contract on July 26th as I was moving abroad . I was told the amount I would have to pay afterwards and was assured that I would get a bill but logging into my account now, I can neither see the bill nor my previous bills.
How do I get my previous bills and the final bill as there would be no access to getting letters via post just incase the final bill is sent via post?

The final bill will be sent by post to your registered UK addy. Did you not arrange redirection with Royal Mail?

On the two occasions I was in contact with the CSU, I was assured that I would be able to view the needed information for up to two weeks after the final bill.

@Katie_B I am able to log in but I can’t find any of the bills, past or present. I should have got one on 4th August but there is no option for that coming up. It doesn’t even show the phone number or services that were tied to the account.

You should still have access to your online account @Olao.
I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team who can look into this further for you.
