I need to speak to EE about my spending cap but have no connection with them. Is there any other way can contact them?

I've been told I have exceeded my spensing cap and therefore am unabl to use my mobile and dial EE on 150 f or help. I was given to understanbd last night by one of your employees that my spensing cap had been increased so everythiunbg should be ok now but it isclear noty. I need the rectified urgently but have no idea how to cointact EE to discuss the matter but am unable to use my mobi to ring them! What do I do now? Can EE phone me ba ck at midday tomorrow please as this is now urgent David ******* A/c no. **********

@Portcullis45 , you need to give it 24 hours to make sure that it has cleared. Have you actually rebooted your phone to see if that solves the problem?

You can call EE for free. So the spend cap doesn't restrict that.
