Hi @Claireb73

You can complain here: https://store.ee.co.uk/help/policies/customer-complaints

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks but I have obviously raised a complaint, 2 in fact and have spent 3 hours and 8 minutes in total on the phone and spoke with numerous advisors, who promise to resolve and Dont do it so I want to escalate further, it is too soon to raise with the ombudsman yet apparently!

If you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or you reach deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
