I'm thinking of leaving ee as I'm having no end of problems getting onto the app and this is no good to me .
What can you do to make me want to stay .

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 to give 30 days notice and cancel your account.

@paulsyorkshire3 You also have a online account that you can access via your phone web browser you don’t have to use the app. If you are having issues with the app try clearing your device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
