Why increase my bills

Hi @Rahul13,

Which bills are you referring to Mobile bills or broadband bills?

Every year EE adjust the prices of their products and services in-line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, plus 3.9%. All network and broadband providers do this.

If you're being billed more than this then you must have purchased addons or used allowances outside of your mobile plan.
