Hi @Nic777,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

At the end of your minimum commitment period, you can upgrade or move onto a SIM Only plan.

If you do nothing you’ll move on to a 30-day rolling plan and pay the same as you’re paying now.

If you'd like to upgrade or switch to a SIM only plan, please visit ee.co.uk/mobile/upgrade.

Thanks

James

There is a misconception that telecoms contracts "end" on a fixed date, this would also mean your service completely ceases.

You have a rolling contract that only ends when you explicitly give cancellation notice. Otherwise you have a minimum term, which is probably what you're referring to.

There is outbound communication towards the end of your minimum-term, advising of your options. Those include a phone-upgrade, disconnection request, conversion to SIM-only or continuing as you are. That choice has to be yours.
