Can't see my bills or final bill

I left EE to another network over a month ago and now I can't see my bill section of my account to view the final bill, only let's me see my profile. I have no confirmation that my account has been closed either.

@Lozzer3  If you took your number over to that network you don’t have a number on EE to get a bill.  You pay pro rata so if you moved over a month ago you shouldn’t get a bill.  If you paid your bill via DD just don’t cancel that DD yet.  You’ll only be billed if you had any out of allowance charges. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can check your bills in the Billing & Payments section of your EE Online account.

Hi why can't I see my bill for TV and internet and home phone bill and the account number that I was given is not a account number so can you please tell me why this is please

Do you have a welcome email for your broadband order?

This should contain an account number.
