Hello, I’m texting from Brazil, I’m trying hard to end my account with you without any success. We had to coming back to our country and I couldn’t and the contract before. I need your help.

As @Chris_B has mentioned here, with disconnection requests you do usually need to phone our team and give your 30 days notice over the phone.

@Cecyra You need to call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination of the contract and you’ll need to pay off any remaining term of that contract. They can give the exact figure of that cost. It’s basically monthly fee X number of remaining months in the contract. You will get a 4% discount also of that remaining cost.
