I 'd like to have my business invoice automatically emailed as a .pdf monthly. I have seen old posts to suggest this is not possible, but surely such a basic service must be fixed now. How do I set that up?

@mcn1 still not possible and you’ll have to log into your account and manually download it.

Can someone from EE tell us why this is not possible. It is the most basic element of customer care for a business to make it easy for their customers to see what they are being charged and process invoices.

It is available via the account - by logging in each month, multiple keystokes and downloading the .pdf. Friction and hassle (but a chance for EE to get me to eyeball products I don't need and **bleep** me off). I want it to be like every other service provider to my businesses - receive email, auto-forward it to Xero, Xero extracts the invoice. Like the rest of the modern world.

Hi,
I have been trying to get my VAT invoices from EE, There is apparently a worldwide issue with the app and website which means I can't get any account info, including invoices. Apparently the only way I can get a VAT invoice is to phone up and ask for it. I have had a business mobile contract for 7 months and never been able to make it work. This is just a small part of my issue with EE, they also seem to conveniently lose any phone call recording where a call handler has agreed to repay me overpayments, I would advise recording any call you have with them.
