So I have about a month left on my plan , yesterday it said I could upgrade early but today it's saying I can't tried through the website but going around in circles

Turns out there's a bug if you try and upgrade online it asks for the pac code which you don't need because it's the same network, once that code is issued it gets rid of any upgrade options , may want to look at getting this sorted as your going to lose people

Text UP to 150 & see when that says. You should be able to upgrade free from the last 30 days of your contract term.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
