Early termination fee charged

Has anyone experienced discrepancies in the quoted early termination fee, specifically where the amount provided through the 85075 channel and live chat was subsequently increased when asked at a different date?

I am sorry to hear there was a discrepancy in the amounts quoted. In this case I would recommend going off the information from the text service which is pulled directly from the account, it sounds like the agent you spoke to may have calculated it manually to come up with a different figure.

The only instance I would be expect this is if you had text INFO to 85075 before the Annual Price Change was applied and left after it was applied due to the change in monthly cost, or if you had Add to Plan accessories on your mobile bill - I'm not sure whether these are factored into the switching cost estimate.
