EE upgrading my phone been the worst experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from EE while trying to upgrade my phone. I have called eight times, and each time, I was told their system wasn’t working and that I would receive a callback. Despite these assurances, no one has followed up. As a loyal customer for years, I find this unacceptable and am now considering leaving EE due to this ongoing issue. And calling again just seems pointless given my past experience.

Anyone else had the same problem?

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm disappointed to hear you've had so much trouble getting your upgrade sorted too. 

When was it that you last spoke with us about this, and did they give any reason in particular as to why this wasn't going through?
