Hi I’m looking for advice as I’ve just switched my broadband to BT from EE I already have 3 sims with EE but looking how to link them together so I get my discount on my sims
I read I need to link EE ID or something but this is confusing me I’ve tried calling them but I get cut off and messages I’m waiting for someone to message me back which is like an hour ago.
can anyone please advise me.

To get your EE One benefits from having both broadband and mobiles with us, you do need to link both mobile and broadband accounts to the same EEID as mentioned. Our help page has instructions how to link up both.
If you do have any issues completing the link via those instructions, it is best to get in touch so our team can help get it linked for you.

@Suzi82 : To qualify for the EE One discounts you need to link your 3 SIM nos. to the same EE a/c that your EE BB is linked to.

@Suzi82 Apologies I read your initial post as moving from BT to EE not the other way around. EE mobile customers with BT broadband do get access to exclusive mobile deals with a 30% discount and double data as part of our best of both promotion.
Or you can look at moving to BT as you mention for deals on their SIMs. Thanks for coming back to update us.
