just before Christmas in 2019 I took out a contract with EE for an android that I needed over Christmas
three years later i am being chased by Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd for a bill I didn't know I owed.
I cannot talk to EE because I can't remember the last four digits of the bank account I used.
Now my credit rating is going through the floor as I attempt to get a mortgage and there is nothing I appear to be able to do about it...
Can someone from EE help

Do you have any old emails from 2019? that will display the last 4 digits... or try and speak to CS, but by the sounds of it you already have, you could also try going in store with your ID and see if they can do anything

No I don't have any e-mails and yes I can go n store but frankly given they have stared my data to initiate debt recovery against me I am pretty angry that I have to waste another two hours of my life...

@mortlake when the contract reached its minimum term, did you give notice to terminate ? contracts don’t just ended the minimum term date they change to a 30 day rolling contract until you terminate that contract by calling customer services.

@mortlake Sorry I should of also said your debit has been settled with EE by the debt collection company you now owe them the money and whatever fees they put on top.
