EE have cancelled the wrong number, the number I expressly stated that I needed as it’s my business number, and now my clients can get through and book appointments
they are also refusing to refund me for a phone line that I didn’t know I had
I have contacted the ombudsman but has anyone else any advice as to how I should proceed as this has cost me a lot of money

The Ombudsman will only accept complaints once a provider's internal process has been exhausted after 8 weeks, or you reach deadlock prior.
