Hello,
Long story - went to upgrade my phone on Monday and done an upfront payment of £200. I was told the first payment didn’t go through and would disappear out of my pending payments on my bank, so done another payment of £200. However, EE has now taken £400 off me but I have not received anything to say why or what has been done with it.

@Carol-Ward Have you called customer services about this ? Just add any refund will be returned back in 7 to 10 days.
