@NC2050 , if you are in debt with EE for not paying your monthly fees, then yes, they will terminate your contract, eventually.

Staff do not come to the door, only bailiffs will come, but that is not straight away, it does not work that way either, you would have not been paying for months, and EE do not steal money from your bank, you must have a contract with them, please explain, why not discuss it with customer service about your fears and see what they have to say first, give them a chance to see what is going on.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Could you let us know some further information, are your bills more than you expected? Have you been paying the bill each month?

Did you have a sales person visit your address and offer EE services?

You can find information and support for payments in our Managing your Missed Payment Help page.

Leanne.

I am not in Debt but I have the proof EE has been taking extra money from my Bank. Staff mean the markeiting team from EE. When I spoke to EE on call the officer acknowledged EE marketing staff are visiting people. I am planning to seek legal support as I feel I am no longer safe after this marketing visit, anonymous calls, money been stolen from my bank, when i tried to discuss the matter via online chat I was left dissatisfied. Why on earth money was taken from my bank and when I want to leave because I no longer trust EE I was threatened with the excuse of termination fee.

It was someone from the marketing team , your staff acknowledged this when I spoke to them on call. The guy from EE provided me a false information of a discounted phone and broadband package, he also took my personal details from my EE mobile app , I became victim by letting him see my phone and allow him speak to me. The moment he left I started receiving emails about termination and high amount of payments due, I went anxious and spoke to EE, also my internet provider. Internet provider was very helpful and they are till this date very cooperative and transparent. EE on the other hand took money from my bank on 17th April, I was told by EE that I can reduce my bill based on my financial cirumstances, I did not get satisfactory response and was made panicked and anxious. I am forced to believe that I was taken unfair advantage as a Vulnerable customer. I no longer trust EE

I can not trust EE so I want to leave EE and I have no money to pay termination fee.
