Hi, I have recently moved to Qatar in August and unfortunately my direct debit was cancelled when I lost my card and had to cancel it. I am trying to get in touch with EE, however my account has been suspended and it won’t let me ring them to pay the bill.
Has anyone had any success with trying to contact them online, or through AI as it won’t give me the option to “message us” on the app even after I have upgraded it? I don’t want the bill I owe to increase.
Any help would be great thanks! Jamie

Use Skype over wifi and the number in my signature.

It also depends on if your debt is still with EE or another company.
