I spoke to EE over the phone and did a 12 month deal for unlimited data for £18 i was also offered the same deal but with no cap for £23.80
My app shows they are charging me £34 and have also capped my speed to 100mbs - they are now denying such a call took place and are passing me from one person to the next or giving out phone numbers for me to call that do not connect to anything.

Was it an upgrade? Did the person that you spoke to confirm what the actual monthly price is? What is the name of your plan in your EE App/account?

They recently did the same to me!! I had a contract of 34 quid a month! Then this woman came with that 18 pound deal, and now im paying 40 pound for some mysterious reason! They are scamming, and if i want to leave i would have to pay 180+ pound! I have already spoken to my legal advisor, if you stay silent they keep on doing it!

Same happened to myself, then at 7pm 9pm it would cut off, IV been in hospital after being diagnosed with cancer and trying to speak to someone is awful I'm being pushed from pillar to post, no-one knows what's happening
