EE Ripping off Loyal Customers

Ereid
Visitor

Been with EE for over 20 years and a new customer has far better offers than i can get in an upgrade, thanks for repaying the loyalty EE, anyone able to justify this?

Looking forward to the next 20 years with another provider!

@Ereid  as with all networks they want to entice new customers.  My argument is why should anyone get a deal than anyone else ? If everyone got the same offers then no one should be over paying to make up for those who get better deals than others.

Hi @Ereid

Try speaking with EE CS on 150 to see what they can offer.

Much depends on what you have had/paid in the past. If you paid £10 a month for the last 20 years why should you get a premium handset for nothing?

Ultimately times are tough and using Quidco/top cash back to find a better deal, or go SIM only might be more economical. Do you really need a new handset.

@Ereid , have you spoken to customer service? You may find that you can get a better deal for being with them for so long, doing it online may not give you the better deal you are looking for.
