EE Price hike Robbery

So just got my latest letter from EE stating that my account will increase by a whopping £3.19 pm in line with inflation. This is absolutely disgusting as my own earnings don't even go up that much! They say it's based on CPI but any responsible company that wants to retain the loyalty of their customer base would waive this. So unlike me who they have over a barrel, if you are near the end of your contract then show how disgusted you are with these robbery merchants by walking away immediately. They are an absolute disgrace in times of a recession!!!!

couldn't agree more tinytrouble.  the price increase is a joke, £18 in 14 months and nothing can be done about it as EE dont listen or accept that they are ripping their customers off.  they dont even have a way of making a complaint other than on here which is read and answered by employees paid to say the same thing over and over.

@jerryplews : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Everybody replying to this thread is not an EE employee but a user just like you, not paid to say anything but their own views.
