Hi, I am due to upgrade my contract as it expires in 3 months. I have just registered for EE Perks, been verified and received 2 out of my 5 codes. When in the EE shop (online) trying to upgrade to a new phone and contract my code does not work. Do I need to set up a new contract to use the code or is there another issue?

Hi @Chris2514 

You can only have one discount active on your account. If you're trying to use your code on an already discounted tariff/plan, sale item then it won't work.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for your response. I have tried different phones and the response I get when I enter the code is : "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided"

I have tried with phones that are not in the winter sales and still jo joy. I can't see any other discounts.
